Position | RN Consultant |
Educational Qualifications | BSN or MSN preferred. |
Previous Experience | 5 years of managed care experience; 2 years of clinical experience; 2 years of professional presentations to small and large audiences; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. |
Responsibilities | The RN Practice Consultant if responsible for creating a partnership relationship with providers and other initiatives to achieve this fully integrated and accountable system of care. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Assesses current practice patterns, assets and challenges utilizing available EPHC and non EPHC quality data. In partnership with the PCP and the local provider solutions team, evaluates results of the initial assessment. Establishes a project plan with the practice that establishes goals and objectives for HEDIS and CAHPS improvement. Provides ongoing practice support and sustains the partnership. Establishes regular meetings to track progress. Support provider outreach to review health plan quality measures and to implement quality outreaches for provider groups. |
Preffered Qualifications | LEAN/Process Improvement experience, preferred This position requires local travel 2-3 days a week. Experience with HEDIS and CAHPS focused quality improvement, and provider experience strongly preferred Current, unrestricted RN license |
